What Can Be Returned?
- Defective Products: If a product malfunctions within its warranty period (see Warranty Information below), you can return it for a full refund.
- Unopened Products:
- Compatible/Remanufactured ink/toner: You have 90 days to return unopened items.
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) ink/toner: You have 30 days to return unopened items.
- Other accessories: You have 14 days to return unopened items.
What Can’t Be Returned?
- Opened OEM ink, toner, or drum units.
- Opened ink refill kits.
- Clearance, final sale, or open-boxed items.
How to Make a Return:

- Get Your Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our team will guide you through the process and provide a unique RA number for your return.
- Pack the Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and a copy of your invoice with the RA number clearly marked.
- Ship the Item(s): Use a trackable shipping method with insurance (recommended) for your return.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Defective Items Within Warranty: We’ll provide a prepaid return label (restrictions may apply).
- Non-Defective Returns: You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy:
- We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item(s).
- Unopened, non-defective returns: A 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Defective items: You’ll receive a full refund for the product cost (excluding shipping).
- Cartridges printing less than 50% of page yield: We’ll offer a partial refund as store credit (misuse/excessive wear excluded).
Additional Information:
- Unauthorized product modifications void the warranty.
- We are not liable for incidental/consequential damages, misuse, or neglect.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once processed.
- Incorrectly purchased products require Return Authorization; you’ll cover return shipping costs.
- Price discrepancies are adjusted within 7 days for store credit.
- Incorrect shipping information may incur additional charges.
- Report missing/wrong items or shipping damage within 14 days.
